Dysfunctional communication among employees creates misunderstandings and misinterpretations, making difficult their harmonious cooperation and contributing to a negative working climate which inevitably affects their personal lives. This situation has a negative impact on the collaboration of the business with its customers and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the employees.

Learning socials skills, helps to develop behavior compatible with the culture of each business. However, this is not always sufficient given the fact that the operational management of difficult situations in which communication among employees is reeled, is mainly ensured by creating a climate of trust and security among the employees.
